Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Specialist role
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Labour Laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Job Requirements
Recruitment and Staffing: Developing and implementing strategies for recruiting and hiring new employees, managing job postings, and coordinating the interview process.
Employee Relations: Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Compensation and Benefits: Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and other incentives.
Training and Development: Develop and implement Learning and Development programs for employee growth and skill enhancement, aspiration to destination programs
Compliance: Liaise with Employee Relations, Labour Laws making organisation compliant and safe workplace.
Records Management: Maintain PII file, update employee records, payroll, benefits and employee handbook ensuring complete discretion.
Strategic Planning: Design and implement HR strategies keeping organisation and business strategy as the key focus.
Employee Communications: Train employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Performance Management: Design and implement Performance Management systems. Review goal setting, Feedback mechanism and performance evaluation.
