ABOUT THE JOB:
As an Executive Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and external agencies. You will act as a liaison between the Director and others. You will also be responsible for contributing to the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Director Assistant or related field
  • A stint with the Event Industry is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially ppt & excel)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Job Requirements

  • As an Executive Assistant you will be acting as the point of contact among Directors, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing Directors’ calendars and setting up meetings.
  • Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • An Executive Assistant should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act .
  • Coordinate Director communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members ,external agencies and clients.
  • Arrange all events in their entireties (finding venues, budgeting, finding vendors, creating schedules, etc.)
  • Should be a fast learner and should grasp well the Company Services and offerings
  • Should also have knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Should be able to help in some billings, invoice and payment.
  • Coordinating with internal and external agencies liaising with functional heads and aiding them for a successful event.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take and update minutes during meetings
