About the job:
The Human Resources (HR) Specialist will be responsible in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compiling & compliance of policies. They will lead with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and work closely with management to ensure the organization is compliant with all employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and other HR-relate

Job Requirements

  • • Manages and directs all HR tasks for the Organisation.
  • • Educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate attire and social media permissions, etc.) and maintain an updated employee handbook.
  • • Conduct orientation program & generate companies' ID & email of the new employees.
  • • Joining formalities of new employee.
  • • Ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers and executives.
  • • The HR personnel should also responsible for directing and overseeing the hiring, training and exit processes.
  • • They are also responsible for administering and monitoring benefit programs & development.
  • • They will also work with the CEO to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take actions to implement them.
  • • Maintain healthy & positive relations throughout the organisation and also keep an eye on workspace safety.
  • • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans etc.
  • • Monitor employee progress and ensure it stays positive and productive.
  • • Foster cross-functional relationship and ensure managers and employees are connected.
  • • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
  • • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
  • • Follow up for leave applications.
  • • Arrangement for any celebration/special event.
